I don’t understand this idea, nor have I ever seen/heard of this specific use, as it is already a constitutional right. A particular ward leader is of the opinion that for many, many, many people, the pride flag symbolizes gay marriage rights specifically. I have always understood it to be a symbol of and support for the equal treatment for members of the LGBTQ community. Checking in to get some different perspectives on what the rainbow colored pride flag means.
